I have been ordering my entire monthly grocery from here for the past five months and my kitchen has never been better stocked. The vegetables are farm-fresh — you can actually smell the earthiness when you open the package. The dal and rice quality is premium grade, the kind my mother used to hand-pick at the mandi. My monthly grocery bill is down by almost 2000 rupees compared to what I used to spend at Reliance Fresh and the quality is noticeably superior.

Fresh produce is a toss-up but the quality here is more consistent. What sealed the deal for me is that they never substitute items without calling first.

Ordered during Navratri expecting some delays. Everything arrived on time and perfectly fresh. The special Navratri ingredients — sabudana, kuttu atta, sendha namak — were all premium quality. Even the fruits for the pooja thali were hand-selected. They understand what Indian households need during festivals and that cultural awareness is rare in online grocery.

The atta quality genuinely surprised me. My rotis are softer and fluffier than what I was getting with the branded packaged atta from the supermarket. I think they source directly from mills which explains the freshness. The ghee also has that pure homemade aroma. My mother visited from the village and approved of the quality, which is the ultimate test in our family.

Products are generally good but I received overripe bananas twice. Everything else has been fine.
