Hand Wash Liquid (250ml)

I have been ordering my entire monthly grocery from here for the past five months and my kitchen has never been better stocked. The vegetables are farm-fresh — you can actually smell the earthiness when you open the package. The dal and rice quality is premium grade, the kind my mother used to hand-pick at the mandi. The delivery person even sorts the fragile items on top. My monthly grocery bill is down by almost 2000 rupees compared to what I used to spend at Reliance Fresh and the quality is noticeably superior.

Our joint family of 12 members goes through groceries faster than most restaurants. We used to send the driver to three different shops every week — one for vegetables, one for dry goods, one for dairy. Now everything comes in one delivery. The items are consistently fresh, correctly weighed, and the packaging separates wet and dry items. My mother-in-law who has been running our kitchen for 40 years says the quality is as good as handpicked market shopping.

Compared prices carefully with BigBasket, JioMart, and Blinkit over the past month. This store wins on the staples — rice, dal, oil, spices — by a significant margin. Fresh produce is a toss-up but the quality here is more consistent. What sealed the deal for me is that they never substitute items without calling first.

The atta quality genuinely surprised me. My rotis are softer and fluffier than what I was getting with the branded packaged atta from the supermarket. I think they source directly from mills which explains the freshness. The ghee also has that pure homemade aroma. My mother visited from the village and approved of the quality, which is the ultimate test in our family.

Delivery was slightly delayed by a day due to heavy rain in Mumbai. The customer service proactively called to inform me and offered free delivery on my next order as compensation. The products when they arrived were perfectly fine — well-insulated packaging protected everything from the moisture. Good crisis management.

Love the same-day delivery option. Forgot coriander and green chillies while making dinner for guests. Ordered at 5 PM, arrived by 7:30 PM. The coriander was so fresh it looked like it was just picked from a garden. Life-saving service for forgetful cooks and unexpected dinner guests.
