Ordered during Navratri expecting some delays. Everything arrived on time and perfectly fresh. The special Navratri ingredients — sabudana, kuttu atta, sendha namak — were all premium quality. Even the fruits for the pooja thali were hand-selected. They understand what Indian households need during festivals and that cultural awareness is rare in online grocery.

The atta quality genuinely surprised me. My rotis are softer and fluffier than what I was getting with the branded packaged atta from the supermarket. I think they source directly from mills which explains the freshness. The ghee also has that pure homemade aroma. Products are generally good but I received overripe bananas twice. Everything else has been fine.
